Through the Electronic Business Permits and Licensing System (eBPLS), you may now secure your Business Permit in just 3 steps.

STEP 1: FILE  & ASSESS
BPLO: Verify and Validate application form including requirements.

BACKROOM OPERATIONS

CEO/CENRO/CHO/BFP:  Verify records and endorse the application as to approve/disapprove. Prepare clearance.

BPLO: Assess taxes, fees and other charges and issue Tax Order of Payment.

BFP: Issue Order of Payment for FSIC.

STEP 2: PAY
CTO: Issue Official Receipt after payment has been received.

BACKROOM OPERATIONS

BFP: Issue Official Receipt for FSIC.

STEP 3: CLAIM
